Recipe: Turmeric Ginger Bliss Balls

You will need...
- 1 cup Raw Cashews
- 1 cup Dessicated Coconut plus a little more for rolling
- 1 cup Dates
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Clean Protein Turmeric Ginger Vanilla, plus a little more for rolling
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Optional: 1-2 tbsp Brown Rice Syrup
Then...
- Pop the dates and cashews into a food processor or blender (high powered) and combine into a paste.
- Add all the other ingredients and whizz until combined.
You can roast the desiccated coconut for a few minutes for a beautiful change in flavour! - Roll into balls with about 3/4 of a tablespoon of mixture. You may leave some 'naked' for variety. The others are rolled in a mixture of 2 tbsp desiccated coconut and 1 tbsp Clean Protein Turmeric Ginger Vanilla.
- Place into the refrigerator and whip them out for a snack for your pre or post workout!
